the hatch run has one of the best views within 80 miles of el Paso, tx. we rode thru old Mesilla, nm the on to hatch. sparky’s was our destination. the offer the best burgers in hatch imo. we battled thru 20-30º winter weather. it was cold but our hearts were warm ;)
